Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
By using CryptoBurn Fun, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to hide anything. The short version: we're a listing board for crypto generosity, we never touch your funds, and everything you send is your own decision and is irreversible.
1. What CryptoBurn Fun is
CryptoBurn Fun is a generosity project and a public listing board. It lets people submit cryptocurrency wallet addresses and lets others choose to send crypto to those addresses instead of burning it. We are not a bank, exchange, money transmitter, broker, custodian, escrow, or investment product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to send and receive cryptocurrency where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules of your own jurisdiction.
3. No custody, no fees
4. Submitting a wallet
- You confirm you control, or are authorized to list, the address you submit.
- Submissions are reviewed and are not guaranteed to be approved or displayed.
- Approved listings show your address, chosen alias, and note publicly. Don't include private or misleading information.
- We may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Sending crypto
Any decision to send crypto is entirely your own. Gifts are voluntary and non-refundable. You will not necessarily know who receives the funds or how they are used. Treat anything you send as a gift you will not get back.
6. Your duty to verify
7. Prohibited use
You may not use CryptoBurn Fun to launder money, finance illegal activity, defraud others, submit addresses you don't control in order to deceive, or violate any applicable law or sanctions. We may remove listings and cooperate with lawful requests.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are legitimate, that recipients are genuinely in need, that the site is error-free, or that it will always be available. Approval means a basic review, not an endorsement or a guarantee about any recipient.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoBurn Fun (see Operator and jurisdiction) is not liable for any loss of funds, lost or wrong transfers, fraudulent listings, blockchain failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Your use is at your own risk.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of CryptoBurn Fun will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. Operator and jurisdiction
Complete every bracketed field before going live. A terms page that names no legal entity does not identify who you are contracting with, and it is unenforceable in most jurisdictions.
